PROMOTIONS
YPSILON OLIVE OIL does not allow the use of more than one coupon or the use of coupons on its sale items. (Depending on the promotion).

ACTIVITY
The Seller is dedicated to the commercialization of extra virgin olive oil.

APPLICABLE TAXES
The prices of the products displayed on the seller’s website include the applicable VAT of 10%.

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Shipments are made by an urgent parcel company. Orders are generally shipped within 48/72 hours of receipt of payment. Delivery times may be affected depending on the geographic location of the client and the territorial distribution of the transport company, and by the volume of the order or the availability of the product for large volumes. In any case, we always try to shorten delivery times as much as possible. If your order is very urgent, call us and we will try to manage it faster.

WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a period of 5 days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise the right of return, as long as the product has not been opened or tampered with.

To make the return it must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once we receive the return and have checked the status of the products, we will proceed to refund the amount thereof by bank transfer.

The shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer, as well as the additional costs caused by the management of the returned order, such as telephone calls.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT
The client undertakes at all times to provide truthful information about the data requested in the user registration and ordering forms, and to keep them updated in future orders.
The customer also agrees to accept all the provisions contained in these purchase conditions. Likewise, it undertakes to keep confidentially and with maximum diligence your personal access codes to the private area of the store.
The client undertakes to enable the delivery of the order by providing a postal address where it can be delivered within the usual merchandise delivery hours (Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. ). In case of non-compliance by the client with this obligation, the seller is exempt from any responsibility for the challenge or delivery of the order at the client’s address.
